By accessing or using Flint ("the Service"), operated by Flint HQ ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
Flint is an AI-powered outreach platform that helps businesses find leads, generate personalized outreach content, and manage multichannel outreach sequences. The Service includes lead search and enrichment via third-party data providers, AI-generated email and messaging content, email sending through connected Gmail accounts, reply detection and sequence management, and analytics on outreach performance.
To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Flint allows you to connect Gmail accounts via Google OAuth to send outreach emails on your behalf. By connecting a Gmail account, you authorize Flint to send emails from that account according to the sequences and settings you configure, read replies to emails sent by Flint, and display sending activity and reply data in your dashboard.
You are solely responsible for the content of emails sent through Flint, even when that content is generated by our AI. You must ensure all outreach complies with applicable laws including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and any other relevant anti-spam or data protection regulations.
You may disconnect any Gmail account at any time from the Settings page, which will revoke Flint's access to that account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine that your use violates these terms.
Flint uses artificial intelligence to generate email content, lead scoring, and outreach recommendations. While we strive for quality and relevance, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is sent.
We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will achieve any specific outcome including response rates, conversions, or business results.
The Service integrates with third-party providers including Google (Gmail API), Apollo.io (lead data), Anthropic (AI content generation), and Supabase (data storage). Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by Flint HQ and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data, including lead lists, custom content, and business information you provide.
Email content generated by the AI on your behalf is yours to use. We do not claim ownership of content created for you through the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flint HQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not warrant the accuracy of AI-generated content, lead data from third-party providers, or email deliverability.
You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
